Meet the Instructor

Josh Baile head shotJoshua Baile is an Environmental Consultant with over 20 years of experience in utility and resource management with a strong focus on water and wastewater treatment, financial performance, regulatory compliance, planning and contract management and operator training. He has extensive experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of public works facilities and infrastructures. He holds certification as a class "A" water treatment operator; distribution and collection class "4" in the State of Colorado. He is an energetic and highly qualified facilitator who prides himself on empowering water system operators - instilling pride, professionalism, and passion in the owners and operators being trained. He started HYDROLYSIS in the fall of 2010 to provide technical, managerial, and financial support and expertise to the water and wastewater community. Much of that includes training related to compliance and operational issues.
